Do you feel happiness? How do you feel it? Does it last for a while? What happens when it goes away? Do you try to get it back? Do you think gratitude is the same as happiness? Have you ever felt that happiness deep within you? The type that comes over you like a shiver with a cool breeze. Sometimes we run from happiness, a way of protecting ourselves. But what are we protecting ourselves from? Happiness is meant to be the end goal.

Does sadness have to follow happiness? Is it like a domino effect? If you touch happiness, does it knock you into sadness? Or does it happen the other way round? If we tap into sadness, we can reach happiness? Maybe, it’s our reactions? Our reactions to situations that lead us to feel. What if we let go? Don’t react? Be still? Be here? How do we feel?

It’s important to feel. Feeling sad is a form of happiness, as it leads us to letting go of what no longer serves us. Some people are happier than others. How is that fair? Are the happier ones trusting their process or are they making decisions that serve them? Are the ones still trying to get there, are they healing? Or are they being suffocated by other people’s choices? How do you choose not to react? How do you choose to be present with yourself? I don’t think there has to be any answers, you just need to do and go where things feel right. And if they don’t feel right – move on, speak up, change it.

Maybe, you are the answers, and all you have to do is feel.
